52 m2 project in a brand new residential development in Vilnius, Lithuania. Full scale interior design project together with personal author’s supervision throughout the whole process.

 

Apartment had to be realised for a young male professional with a specific need of having a home office. In today's fast paced and constantly changing world with a lot of surprises, the decision to have a fully functioning and comfortable home office becomes a must for more and more professionals.

 

Design approach for the whole space was to reflect a more raw feeling together with a moody color palette and touches of masculinity yet still being inviting as well as elegant. Mixing darker colors is one of the most important interior design details when creating a more fashionable vibe at home.

 

Minimal and modern furnishings gels all areas of the apartment well while keeping the same serious and somber atmosphere. Invisible wooden doors as well as wooden detailing in the bedroom, office corner, anteroom together with wood-look splashback in the kitchen and light parquet works as a warming technique. This way the apartment still has a raw feeling with a perfect balance of natural textures.
