This highly customized studio apartment design blends Japandi, industrial, and boho influences, with a focus on darker natural wood tones and classic, milled kitchen fronts in rich green shades. The client had an extensive list of must-haves: a full-size kitchen, a transformable coffee table that could seat four, display shelving with metal accents, a full-size bed (120 x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, a 90x90 cm shower, and a stone sink — all while maintaining an open, uncluttered feel.

 

To preserve natural light, we partially separated the sleeping area without fully closing it off. Brick walls, soundproof partitions, and carefully selected natural materials like solid wood, clay plaster, and parquet balanced the budget without compromising on quality.

 

Technical challenges, including floor-level plumbing in the corridor, were solved with smart layout adjustments. Despite tight space and high demands, we delivered multiple design options true to the client’s unique vision.
